Delivery & Refund Policy

We try to ship all orders within 3 working days via 2-day courier. If you need your order asap, please do get in touch & we’ll do our best to make sure your order reaches you in time. Hopefully you'll love everything in your order but if you do have any issues at all please ikeandgabecandles@yahoo.com & we’ll do all I can to fix it for you! We have a 30-day return policy at Ike and Gabe, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, anything later unfortunately cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact ikeandgabecandles@yahoo.com  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You can always contact us for any return question at ikeandgabecandles@yahoo.com
 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for instance custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or gift card items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
